The backing pad is made of Nylon and provides support to abrasive
sanding/grinding discs.
The backing pad is considered for universal use and has a medium flexibility. The supplied lock nut securely holds the abrasive in place.
Select a backing pad diameter close to the abrasive diameter, but not greater. This will be ideal when working on irregular surfaces.
